As you gaze into my eyes, you will find yourself feeling very sleepy. You will slowly release the tension in your shoulders and feel it work its way down your back leaving you very calm and relaxed. You will then get up and get me an oatmeal cookie. You will not question whether-or-not it is too soon for me to have cookies, you will simply hand me the cookie and feel good about it. After I have finished eating the cookie, I will count down backwards from 10 and you will find yourself feeling rested and not at all curious about the cookie crumbs on my striped onezie.
