Strawberry Face Forever
Both Mama and Dada have been complaining about this year's berry crop. While it is true that we have gone picking way less often this summer, I don't see what all the fuss is about.
Sure, when we went to pick last week all that was available was a bunch of small strawberries that Dada said "weren't even worth the trouble." I didn't mind. After all, small or not, I got to eat strawberries the entire time.
Since we only came home with four pounds of berries, Dada was being overprotective of our bounty, so here's how I manage to sneak all the berries I desire:
First, I slyly sneak up with my coy face and try and go unnoticed.
Then, I use my lightning-fast hands to snatch a strawberry while no one is looking.
The trick is to look like you are busy doing something else while you eat the berries...
...one...
...by one...
...by one!
Make sure to spit out the green tops...
Finally, after you eat the last strawberry, clean off the table to make sure that you leave behind no evidence. So far this plan has been foolproof for me.
